Mr. Rosenblum was able to get 11 points reduced and kept the drivers out of jail.  He represented an individual in North Salem who was in an accident and was issued 6 tickets despite being the victim of a careless driver.  All 6 tickets were dismissed with no points and no fine.  He has taken a significant number of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (driving while suspended) and Reckless Driving tickets (both crimes) and gotten them reduced to non-criminal offenses with 0 points.
